Reading & Writing Lesson 11: The letter ک revisited

In this lesson, we revisit the letter ک in the Persian/Farsi alphabet. ک sounds like 'ké', and has two different versions, depending on whether it comes at the end of the word or the middle of the word. We've seen this letter before, but this time, we focus solely on it, by seeing how it interacts with each of our vowel sounds, and learning several words that contain the letter ک. By the end of the lesson, you should be able to write:

  • نَمَک namak (salt)
  • کَباب kabob
  • کودَک koodak (child)

and many more!
